US/Washington: H&T Seafood Inc., a Bell, California establishment, recalls an undetermined amount of Fisherman’s Wharf branded Swai Fillets, a type of Siluriformes Fish products, that were packed and distributed without the benefit of USDA inspection and used the mark of USDA inspection without official authorization, all serious health and safety hazards.
