US/Washington: Espi’s Sausage and Tocino Co., a Seattle, Washington establishment, recalls an estimated 2,048 pounds of Argentina Mighty Meaty Chicken and Pork Hotdogs – Jumbo size from the American marketplace due to suspected Listeria monocytogenes contamination and consequential risks of Gram-positive bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-changing injury.
