US FlagCanada FlagUS/Bethesda & Canada/Ottawa: SunVilla Corporation, a Chino, California establishment, recalls an estimated total 433,000 of Solar LED Market Umbrellas (approximately 400,000 in the US and approximately 33,000 in Canada) from the American and Canadian marketplaces and sold exclusively at Costco due to overheating and consequential risks of fire, burns, scalds, smoke inhalation, respiratory failure, cardiac system collapse and/or property damage, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
