Caito Foods, an Indianapolis, Indiana. establishment, recalls numerous batch/lots of Costco, Jay C, Kroger, Payless, Owen’s, Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, Walgreens, Walmart and Whole Foods/Amazon branded fresh cut Cantaloupe, Fresh-Cut Fruit Medley, Honeydew Melon and Watermelon products due to suspected Salmonella Adelaide contamination and consequential risk of gram negative bacterial infection and illness, all serious health hazards.
