Gold Canyon Meat Co Beef Recall [US]

US/Washington: Shamrock Foods Company, doing business as Gold Canyon Meat Company, a Phoenix, Arizona establishment, recalls an estimated 6,876 pounds of Gold Canyon Meat Co. branded Beef products from the American marketplace due to suspected plastic fragment fragment contamination and consequential risks of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage and bowel obstruction, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-changing injury.
