US/Silver Spring: St. James Smokehouse, a Miami, Florida establishment, recalls an estimated ninety-three (93) cases of St. James Smokehouse branded Scotch Reserve Scottish Smoked Salmon Fish products from the American marketplace due to suspected Listeria monocytogenes contamination and consequential risks of Gram-positive bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
