US/Washington: Kidz Concepts, a New York, New York establishment and owner of Lilly of New York, recalls an estimated 3,200 Lilly of New York branded Children’s Winter Boots from the American marketplace due to suspected violation of the Federal Lead Content ban and consequential risks of lead poisoning, developmental and reproductive damage, all serious health hazards.
