US/Washington: Blount Fine Foods, a McKinney, Texas establishment, recalls an estimated 6,690 pounds of Panara branded Soup with Chicken products due to suspected plastic fragment contamination and consequential risk of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion and GI tract laceration damage, all serious health and safety hazards.
