Oregon Food Bank, a Portland, Oregon establishment, recalls an estimated 1,219 pounds of Nutritional Yeast, due to suspected cross-contamination with two other foodstuffs that have been previously recalled, one for possible rodent fecal contamination and the other for suspected Listeria monocytogenes contamination, all serious health and safety hazards.
