US/Washington: Native Creation, a Seattle, Washington establishment, recalls an estimated 170 Native Creation Small Wool Sweaters from the American marketplace due to suspected violation of the Federal Lead Paint ban and consequential risks of poisoning, developmental impairment, and/or long-term damage, reproductive delays and/or long-term damage, genetoxicity and/or mutagenicity, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
