Additional information:
The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports a manufacturing fault has been found with the recalled Motorcycles’ double connecting rods. If a Motorcycle’s double connecting rod does indeed fail, it will cause the rear of the Motorcycle to drop. Under certain circumstance, this may cause the rider to fall from the motorcycle and suffer potentially serious road impact injuries.
