UK/London: Waitrose & Partners, a London, England establishment and a subsidiary of the John Lewis Partnership of Bracknell, Berkshire recalls certain batch/lots of Waitrose Thrive Fish Pie from the British marketplace due to suspected mislabeling/mispackaging and consequential undeclared Egg, a known allergen, source of dietary intolerance and possible trigger of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-changing injury
