US/Silver Spring: MiCal Seafood, Inc., a Cooper City, Florida, establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Frozen, Wild-Caught Yellowfin Tuna Loins, Tuna Poke, Tuna Steaks, Tuna Ground Meat and Tuna Saku Fish (all products of Vietnam) due to suspected elevated levels of Histamine, a known allergen, source of dietary intolerance and possible trigger of Anaphylaxis and Scombroid Fish Poisoning, both serious and potential fatal situations, requiring immediate medical intervention.
