US/Silver Spring: Mai Cuisine Inc., a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania establishment, recalls an estimated 31 packs of Spicy Shrimp Tempura Roll and 32 packs of Spicy Shrimp Tempura Crunch Rolls due to undeclared Egg, a known allergen, source of dietary intolerance and possible trigger of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention.
