Australia FlagAustralia/Canberra: ALDI Stores, a Prestons, New South Wales establishment and subsidiary of German food conglomerate ALDI Süd recalls certain batch/lots of Jack ‘N’ Jill Wooden Block Children Toys from the Australian marketplace due suspected failure to comply with Australia’s requirements of the mandatory standard ‘Consumer Protection Notice No. 14 of 2003 – Consumer Product Safety Standard: Toys for children up to and including 36 months of age’ and consequential risks of choking, oral injury, magnet ingestion, GI tract laceration damage and bowel obstruction, all serious safety hazards.
