Canada/Ottawa: Kraft Heinz Canada, a North York, Ontario establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Country Time branded Original Lemonade Fruit Juice Substitute Drink Mix and Tang branded Orange Flavour Crystals from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected glass fragment contamination and consequential risks of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage and bowel obstruction, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-changing injury.
