Trader Joe’s Chicken Burgers & Chicken Sliders Recall [US]

US/Washington: Innovative Solutions, Inc., a Kent, Washington establishment, recalls an estimated 97,887 pounds of Trader Joe’s branded Chile Lime Chicken Burgers and generic Spinach Feta Chicken Sliders from the American marketplace due to suspected bone fragment contamination and consequential risks of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage and bowel obstruction, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-changing injury.
