US/Washington: Textron Specialized Vehicles, a Augusta, Georgia establishment, recalls an estimated 280 Textron 2022 E-Z-GO Freedom RXV ELiTE, Freedom RXV Gas and Freedom RXV 48V Personal Transportation Vehicles (“PTVs”) from the American marketplace due to suspected unexpected rear seat structural collapse and consequential risks of falls, laceration, traumatic brain injury (“TBI” or “concussion”), bone fractures and/or central nervous system (“CNS”) injury, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
