Canada/Ottawa: Rock On Rock Candles recalls an estimated 1824 Rock On Rock Candles due to suspected failure to meet labelling and packaging requirements for consumer chemical products as set out in Canada’s Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 issued under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act and consequential aspiration, pulmonary injury, chemical pneumonia and death hazards.
