Canada/Ottawa: Home Depot Canada Inc., a Toronto, Ontario and Jadon Outdoor Company Ltd., a Niagara Falls, Ontario establishment, recalls an estimated 245 Delaronde 3-Piece High Bistro Sets sold at Home Depot Canada from the Canadian marketplace due to reported failure of backrest durability testing as per UL4041 and consequential risks of falls, laceration, concussion, bone fractures and/or central nervous system (“CNS”) injury, all serious health and safety hazards.
