Canada/Ottawa: Groupe Phoenicia Inc., a Montreal, Quebec establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Cedar Phoenicia branded Pindjur Vegetable Spreads from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected glass fragment contamination and consequential risks of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage, bowel obstruction and sepsis, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
