US/Washington: Costco Wholesale Corp., an Issaquah, Washington establishment, recalls an estimated 5,400 Universal Broadmoore Cayden Gentleman’s 9-Drawer Chests of Drawers from the American marketplace and sold at Costco due to suspected tip-over and entrapment with consequential risks of falls, laceration, crush,entrapment, suffocation, traumatic brain injury (“TBI” or “concussion”), bone fracture, central nervous system (“CNS”) injury, respiratory failure, and/or cardiac system collapse, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
