US/Silver Spring: Poppies International, Inc., a Battleboro, North Carolina establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Delizza Cream Puffs, Delizza Chocolate Enrobed Cream Puffs and Taste of Inspirations Crème Puffs from the American marketplace due to suspected metal fragment contamination and consequential risks of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage and bowel obstruction, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
