US/Silver Spring: DaVinci Laboratories, a division of FoodScience Corporation, a Williston, Vermont establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Omega-3 1000 that may be labeled as Dim Plex due to undeclared Anchovy Fish and Sardine Fish, both known allergens, sources of dietary intolerance and possible triggers of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention.
