US/Washington: Inclinator Company of America Inc., a Harrisburg, Pennsylvania establishment, recalls an estimated 39,300 Inclinator Residential Elevators from the American marketplace due to suspected entrapment hazard with consequential risks of laceration, traumatic brain injury (“TBI” or “concussion”), bone fractures and/or central nervous system (“CNS”) injury, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
