The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) reports this recall involves the Crate and Barrel branded Dakota style Wooden Benches. The recalled Benches have two (2) legs and were sold in two (2) sizes: the smaller at approximately 51 inches wide by 18 inches tall and the larger at approximately 71 inches wide and 18 inches tall.
