US/Silver Spring: Hometown Food Company, a Chicago, Illinois establishment, recalls an estimated 374 cases of two (2) batch/lots of its Martha White Gluten Free Sweet Cornbread Muffin Mix products, due to undeclared Gluten, Barley, Rye and Wheat, all known allergens, sources of dietary intolerance and possible triggers of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention.
