Canada/Ottawa: Service Alimentaire Desco Inc., a Boisbriand, Quebec establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Best Buy branded Chicken Tournedos with Bacon Meals from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected bone fragment contamination and consequential risks of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage, bowel obstruction and sepsis, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
