US/Bethesda & Canada/Ottawa: Sakar International Inc., an Edison, New Jersey establishment, and Toys “R” Us Canada Ltd., a Vaughan, Ontario establishment, recall an estimated total 89,272 Dimensions Bluetooth branded Speaker Helmets (approximately 89,000 in the US and approximately 272 in Canada) from the American and Canadian marketplaces due to suspected failure to meet comply with the US CPSC Federal Safety Standard for Bicycle Helmets, posing a risk of head injury in the event of a fall with consequential risks of laceration, concussion, bone fractures and/or central nervous system (“CNS”) injury, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
