Canada/Ottawa: Amazon.ca, a Mississauga, Ontario establishment and a subsidiary of Seattle, Washington-based Amazon.com, recalls an unknown number of Amazon Basics Executive Desk Chairs from the Canadian marketplace due to reported structural failure and breakage with consequential risks of falls, laceration, concussion, bone fractures and/or central nervous system (“CNS”) injury, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
