Canada/Ottawa: Costco Wholesale Canada Ltd., a Nepean, Ontario establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Kirkland Signature branded Creamy Almond Butter products from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected rancidity with consequential risk of spoilage, bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health hazards.
