WA Pool Warehouse Pool Noodle Recall [Australia]

Australia/Canberra: WA Pool Warehouse, a Balcatta, Western Australia establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Pool Noodle Swimming Assistive products due to suspected failure to comply with marking requirements of Australia’s mandatory standard ‘Trade Practices Act 1974 – Consumer Protection Notice No.2 of 2009 – Consumer Product Safety Standard: Flotation Toys and Aquatic Toys’ because the required safety warning does not appear on the flotation product and consequential risk of drowning if the assistive product is not used as intended, all serious safety hazards.
