The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Broccoli Florets are subject to this recall:
- Black and Gold Broccoli Florets, 500 gram package sold in a flexible opaque plastic bag with yellow and black artwork with a Best Before date of 8 JUL 2014
According to the ACCC, the recall of the above Broccoli Florets is due to the presence of foreign matter (glass). If ingested, it poses severe laceration and injury hazards to the consumer.
