US/Washington: Fredericksburg Distribution, doing business as Fredericksburg Farms, a Fredericksburg, Texas establishment, recalls an estimated 6,500 Fredericksburg Farms branded Scented Candles with Glass Lids from the American marketplace due to suspected closure malfunction and consequential risks of containment jar breakage, glass shatter, serious laceration and eye damage, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
