US/Washington: GH Foods NW, LLC, a Clackamas, Oregon establishment, recalls an estimated 106 pounds of Ready-To-Eat Trader Joe’s branded Lemon Chicken & Arugula Salad Products from the American marketplace due to suspected mislabeling and/or mispackaging and consequential undeclared Wheat, a known allergen, source of dietary intolerance and possible trigger of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
