According to Health Canada, Indigo Books & Music Inc. has recalled an estimated 21,890 Indigo-branded Ceramic Mugs, Mug Ornaments and Houseware Products from the Canadian marketplace due to possible Mould (Mold) under the glazed surface with consequential risks of infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications.
Proposed Remedy:
If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Indigo-branded Ceramic Mugs, Mug Ornaments and Houseware Products, please do not use them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
==> If you have a medical emergency, please contact 9-1-1, your closest hospital or emergency center equipped to properly treat mould (mold) poisonings and/or respiratory illnesses.
