US/Washington: Daniele International LLC, a Mapleville, Rhode Island establishment, recalls an estimated 52,914 pounds of Ready-To-Eat (“RTE”) Boar’s Head, Colameco’s Primo Naturale, Del Duca, Frederik’s By Meijer and Gourmet Selection Sausage Products from the American marketplace due to suspected Listeria monocytogenes contamination and consequential risks of Gram-positive bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
