
The original recall was initiated due to suspected component detachment, engine ingestion and loss of vehicle control with consequential risks of crash, falls, laceration, traumatic brain injury (“TBI” or “concussion”), bone fractures and/or central nervous system (“CNS”) injury, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
