US/Washington: Liu Xianli, operating an Amazon Storefront as Tattoo Castle USA, a Staten Island, New York establishment, recalls an estimated 9,000 Samnyte branded Tattoo Numbing Creams sold at Amazon.com from the American marketplace due to failure to meet US child resistant closure requirements under the US Poison Prevention Packaging Act and consequential risks of child poisoning, ingestion and GI tract laceration damage, all serious health and safety hazards.
