US/Washington: American Honda Motor Co. (“Honda”), a Torrance, California establishment and a subsidiary of Honda Motor Company of Tokyo, Japan, has recalled an estimated 2,900 model year 2022 Honda TRX90X All Terrain Vehicles (“ATVs”) from the American marketplace due to suspected in-use sticking of the Throttle Cable and consequential risks of loss of vehicle control, falls, laceration, traumatic brain injury (“TBI” or “concussion”), bone fractures and/or central nervous system (“CNS”) injury, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
