US FlagUS/Washington: Kubota Tractor Corporation, a Grapevine, Texas establishment, recalls an estimated 19,500 Kubota RTV-XG850 Sidekick Utility Vehicles from the American marketplace due to suspected Drive Shaft detachment and consequential risks of loss of vehicle control, falls, laceration, traumatic brain injury (“TBI” or “concussion”), bone fractures and/or central nervous system (“CNS”) injury, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
