Australia FlagAustralia/Canberra: MGA Entertainment Australia Pty Ltd., a Macquarie Park, New South Wales establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Little Tikes 3-in-1 Activity Walker Toys from the Australian marketplace due to suspected component detachment and consequential risks of falls, laceration, concussion, bone fracture and central nervous system (“CNS”) injury, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.

Additional information:
The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Children’s Walker Toys are subject to this recall:

  • Little Tikes 3-in-1 Activity Walker, sold with a batch/lot number of V40J091H, V40J271 or V40K271H, a SKU of 640957PX1 and a barcode number of 10050743640954

==> No manufacturing date codes, production dates, expiry dates, regulatory approval designations, registration numbers, agency approval designations or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

These Children’s Walker Toys were known to be marketed, distributed and sold in all Australian states from the following retailers: Amazon, Bensons Trading Company, Catch.com.au, Mr Toys, Target, Toymate and Toys R Us, although it is always possible these toy products had wider distribution within the country. When in doubt, please contact the manufacturer for specific product information.

According to the ACCC, MGA Entertainment Australia has recalled certain batch/lots of Little Tikes 3-in-1 Activity Walker Toys from the Australian marketplace due to suspected component detachment and consequential risks of falls, laceration, concussion, bone fracture and central nervous system (“CNS”) injury to the safety of children who utilize the product in a reasonable manner expected with its intended design and anticipated use.

Proposed Remedy:
If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession the recalled Little Tikes 3-in-1 Activity Walker Toys, please do not use them nor allow your children to play with or near them. Instead, kindly contact MGA Entertainment to receive a replacement Walker.
