US FlagUS/Bethesda: Asweets Global Inc., a City of Industry, California establishment, recalls an estimated 13,300 Wonder & Wise Baby Activity Walkers from the American marketplace due to suspected component detachment and consequential risks of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage, bowel obstruction and/or sepsis, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.

Additional information:
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) reports this recall involves four-wheeled Wonder & Wise Baby Activity Walkers marketed, sold and delivered in the United States, as follows:

  • Wonder & Wise Baby Activity Walkers, sold as wooden push walkers with a panel of interactive toys and activities for babies. Each of the recalled Activity Walkers is white with black and wood-colored accents and have a front panel with a shape sorting puzzle, bead activities and other wooden toys and a storage compartment. A roller containing five wooden balls is attached between the two front wheels. Only units with no batch number label, or units labeled with “Batch No. 0521SCP01155” on the undercarriage of the Walker are affected by this recall.

==> No barcodes, UPCs, item numbers, manufacturing date codes, production dates, expiry dates, regulatory approval designations, registration numbers, agency approval designations or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

According to the CPSC, Asweets Global has recalled an estimated 13,300 Wonder & Wise Baby Activity Walkers from the American marketplace due to suspected component detachment and consequential risks of strangulation and choking.

In this case, Rubber Rings on the Rear Tires can separate from the Wheels and detach from the Activity Walkers, posing a strangulation hazard to young children. who utilize the product in a reasonable manner expected with its possible design/anticipated use.

Proposed Remedy:
If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Wonder & Wise Baby Activity Walkers, please do not use them. Instead, kindly return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.

==> If you have a medical emergency, please contact 9-1-1, your closest hospital or emergency center equipped to properly treat choking, strangulation, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage, bowel obstruction and/or sepsis.
