Canada/Ottawa: Dollarama SEC/LP, a Montreal, Québec establishment, recalls an estimated 47,025 Camp branded Oil Lamps from the Canadian marketplace due to reported failure to meet Canada’s labelling and child-resistant packaging requirements for consumer chemical products, as required by the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act and consequential risks of chemical aspiration, burns, respiratory failure and/or cardiac system collapse, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
