According to the FDA, Fresh Del Monte, a Coral Gables, Florida establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Del Monte, 7-Eleven, Circle-K and Get Go branded Snack Kits containing Jif Peanut Butter from the American marketplace due to suspected Salmonella contamination.

This recall was initiated after J.M. Smucker Co.’s recall of select Jif branded Peanut Butter products in the United States caused Fresh Del Monte to subsequently recall various Fresh-cut Fruit and Vegetable Snack Tray products containing ready-to-eat Jif branded Peanut Butter due to the potential presence of Salmonella contamination.

As a result of this reported defect, you should neither serve nor consume the recalled Del Monte, 7-Eleven, Circle-K and Get Go branded Snack Kits identified above.
