UK FlagUK/London: Ferrero UK Limited, a Greenford, England establishment, expands its existing recall for certain batch/lots of Kinder Chocolate Treats from the British marketplace to reflect additional batch/lots and best-before dates. This is the fourth UK recall of Kinder Treats in April 2022. Other jurisdictions including the United States, Canada and Australia, have also been affected by similar Kinder recalls.

The original recall was initiated due to suspected Salmonella contamination and consequential risks of Gram-negative bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
