According to the FDA, Continental Mills has recalled certain batch/lots of Kroger branded Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix from the American marketplace due to suspected cable fragment contamination. In this case, fragments from a cable used to clear the processing line were reportedly discovered in a “limited amount” of Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix products.
