Additional information:
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) reports this recall involves certain Zeno Collapsible Infant Walkers with adjustable height settings marketed, sold and delivered in the United States, as follows:

  • Zeno Collapsible Infant Walkers with adjustable height settings. The Walkers have a black, teal, pink or gray frame; a gray or black seat and a white, teal or pink tray. Some styles have Toy attachments and a push handle with the “Babywalker” logo stitched on the seat back.

Please consult the photograph above for details of the product’s packaging, design and retail presentation. Additional images of the recalled Collapsible Infant Walkers can be found on the Web site listed above.

==> No barcodes, UPCs, item numbers, manufacturing date codes, production dates, expiry dates, regulatory approval designations, registration numbers, agency approval designations or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

According to the CPSC, the recalled Infant Walkers fail to meet the Federal Safety Standard. They can fit through a standard doorway and are not designed to stop at the edge of a step as required by the US Federal Safety Standard. The Walkers also have leg openings that allow the child to slip down until the child’s head can become entrapped at the neck.

As a consequence, small children using the recalled Walkers in a reasonable manner expected with their intended design and anticipated use can be seriously injured or killed.

Proposed Remedy:
If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Zeno Wheeled Infant Walkers, please do not use them. Instead, kindly return the Infant Walkers and contact Zeno via e-mail to receive a shipping label to return the Infant Walker free of charge. Upon receipt of the Infant Walker, consumers will be issued a full refund of the purchase price. Zeno is notifying all known purchasers directly.

==> If you have a medical emergency, please contact 9-1-1, your closest hospital or emergency center equipped to properly treat falls, laceration, concussion, bone fractures and/or central nervous system (“CNS”) injury.
