US/Washington: HKC-US LLC (Hong Kong China Electric Appliance Manufacture Company), a Memphis, Tennasee establishment, recalls an estimated 77,900 Harbor Breeze Belleisle Bay and Honeywell Rio Ceiling Fans from the American marketplace due to suspected component detachment and consequential risks of debris projection, laceration, traumatic brain injury (“TBI” or “concussion”), bone fractures and/or central nervous system (“CNS”) injury, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
