US/Silver Spring: Maryland & Virginia Milk Producers Cooperative Association (“MDVA”), a Reston, Virginia establishment, recalls an estimated 8,040 pints of Howling Cow Butter Almond Ice Cream from the American marketplace due to suspected mispackaging/mislabeling and consequential undeclared Soy and Wheat, both known allergens, sources of dietary intolerance and possible triggers of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
